Wellness Day is an opportunity for staff, faculty and students to reflect on their health and well-being. The next Wellness Day is Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2025.

Take advantage of Wellness Day to focus on different facets of your well-being. Consider engaging in a variety of Wellness Day events and other experiences that expand your knowledge of NC State’s elements of wellness. Purpose

Focusing on your purpose means engaging in meaningful and satisfying work that aligns with your personal values and goals. Here are some ways to work on your purpose:
