Support Your Wellness With These Apps

A student rides a bike down a trail.

The start of a new school year brings excitement, with new classes to learn from, new activities, clubs and organizations to join and new opportunities to connect yourself to the campus community. All of the aspects of a new semester can also make for a busy, hectic schedule, and it’s important to form good habits to prioritize taking care of your mental health and wellness.

On Tuesday, Sept. 17, NC State will hold its first Wellness Day of the 2024-25 school year, a day that offers numerous opportunities for NC State students, faculty and staff to connect and learn about various ways to take care of your personal wellness.
