Wellness Wednesday: The Campus is Glowing for Mental Health

More than four years since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic we are still facing the impacts of stifled social interactions according to the National Library of Medicine, including reconnecting with others in our community. With free campus events like the monthly Howl and Chills and Glow Up for Mental Health, we encourage students to find community and meet new people.

Change up your menu by shopping local and incorporating in-season produce into your daily meals. Explore different campus events, including NC State Athletics or Healthy Campus Week.
