Bring your workout to the next level. This semester, one of the most exciting fitness phenomena sweeping the country is coming to NC State.

ThriveWell Programs
The new year brings new opportunities and new beginnings. Reach and accomplish your goals with the One Change program. Whether you work with a wellness coach or attend one of our many One Change sessions, build a plan of success and reach your goals. This January, we are launching the Wolfpack Wellness 101 module. Learn how to add a healthy balance and resources at NC State, all from the comfort of your home.
Intramural Sports
This semester, learn a new sport, build community or add friendly competition with intramural sports. Hit the courts in basketball, be the last team afloat in pool battleship or take your team to the championship in soccer. If you are looking for a six-week league or a one-day event, there is an activity for you.
Group Fitness
There is something for every body. With more than 80 group fitness classes each week, find a format that is convenient for your schedule.
Challenge yourself in TRX®, work up a sweat in cycling or dance away your stress in cardio dance. Add healthy, active living to your daily routine.
Outdoor Adventures
Get outside this semester and explore new paths on an Outdoor Adventures trip. From rock climbing at Pilot Mountain to canoeing and kayaking in Florida’s Suwannee River during spring break, there are endless opportunities to try something new. Planning your own excursion? Be sure to visit our Outdoor Adventures Equipment Rental Center for all the gear you need for your next trip.
Personal Training
Reach your fitness goals with an exercise program tailored just for you. Work out with one of our certified personal trainers.
Learn to workout, improve flexibility or boost your athletic performance. No matter what your fitness level is, we have a trainer who wants to work with you.
