During the COVID-19 pandemic, mental and physical wellness are both more important than ever before. Here are five events and activities to help you look after yourself this summer:
Get moving this summer and help the Wolfpack log the most miles in the Home Hustle Challenge with UNC and Duke. Record your runs or walks using the Strava mobile app and join the NC State Wolfpack Strava club to count your mileage toward NC State’s total!
Intramural Sports Championship T-shirts will be awarded each week to multiple winners. The challenge is open to all NC State students and faculty/staff.

Have you been working on your music, dancing, comedy, or other skills at home? Take your shot at being crowned the winner of Wolfpack’s Got Talent!
The contest will take place virtually this summer and we are looking for talented NC State student and faculty/staff performers to submit performance videos.

Bouncing Back: Building Resilience During COVID-19 Webinar
Times are tough, but so are you! We are all facing so many unique challenges brought on by the coronavirus pandemic, and it might feel overwhelming at times. Join WellRec staff as we explore the concept of resilience and break down seven helpful strategies to manage our stressors and build resilience during this uncertain time.
