Tech Support During Adverse Weather

A reminder that DASA Tech will still be responding to help requests to the best of our ability during the current adverse weather event. Some of our folks may be working remotely; we hope response times are only minimally impacted.

Please continue to send help requests to your departmental Get Help email address; this will ensure your local tech support and their supervisors and cross-support partners will be aware of your needs.
If you need assistance with urgent updates to your website regarding the impact of adverse weather on your programs and services, please also send those to the same Get Help address and our team will respond as quickly as possible.
