Receiving the Textile Military Scholarship didn't just enhance Garrett Welsh's NC State experience – it served as a vote of a confidence in his abilities and confirmation that his work in the classroom and as a member of the Naval ROTC hadn't gone unnoticed. He'll soon be applying the skills he learned in college to a career in the Navy.
