NC State Juntos Attends National 4-H Conference

In April, nine high school students from Wake, Bladen, and Greene Counties got a chance to experience 4-H on a national scale, attending the National 4-H Conference in Washington, D.C., as part of the delegation from North Carolina, which included representatives from NC State, NC A&T, and the National Juntos Program.

NC State Juntos Leads National Training in Indiana

Diana Urieta, National Juntos’ director and co-developer, and Bianca Wall, a national trainer and Juntos program consultant based at NC State, recently traveled to Lafayette, Indiana, to give a three-day training on the Juntos Program.

Juntos Awarded $7.8 Million Grant to Improve STEM Programming

The grant will fund a five-year project to create a STEM Agriculture Pathways model and Juntos National Consortium as well as increase Latinx representation in postsecondary education.
