Sustainability Fund Awards FastTrack Grants

The student-led NC State Sustainability Fund named four projects as recipients of mini-grants for campus sustainability projects. These FastTrack grants are available for registered student organizations to use during the Spring 2020 semester. 

Projects and upcoming events receiving grants are:

  • Graduate student workshop hosted by SAGSA on Racial Equity Training For A Sustainable Food System
  • eARTH Showcase event hosted by the NC State Stewards to raise awareness about waste reduction 
  • Irrigation system for NC State’s Engineering Without Borders to install at Powell Magnet Elementary School in Raleigh as part of a solar-powered garden
  • Sustainable Business Forum hosted by the Greater Good Textile Group

The Fund is accepting applications for its main grant cycle through Feb. 14. Approximately $165,000 is available for selected sustainability projects. Learn more and apply at go.ncsu.edu/sustainabilityfund
