NC State’s Panhellenic Association was awarded the Three-Star Award in the categories of Education, Collaboration and Innovation during the Association of Fraternity Leadership and Values (AFLV) Conference in February.

Collaboration, as defined by the AFLV, is the ability to work successfully among the council, chapters, staff and larger community. Education is the ability to educate all council members about necessary, relevant and progressive topics. Finally, Innovation is the council’s ability to go beyond what has been created or achieved before. Honorees use critical and creative thinking that leads to cutting edge programs and initiatives.

The Fraternity and Sorority Life community at NC State is composed of 11 National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) sororities (with Alpha Xi Delta chartering in fall 2022) and one associate member chapter. Rooted in their commitment to academic excellence, philanthropic pursuits and lifelong friendship, each chapter provides an incredible opportunity for individual growth, social and civic engagement and meaningful relationships.
