Office of Undergraduate Research Receives Printed Publication Award
In September, the Office of Undergraduate Research, in partnership with Performance Print Services, earned a 2019 Special Judges Award from the Print Industry of the Carolinas, Inc. for its NCUR 2023 Host Proposal.
The Office of Undergraduate Research (OUR), in partnership with Performance Print Services, received a 2019 Special Judges Award from the Print Industry of the Carolinas, Inc. (PICA) for the publication of the NCUR 2023 Host Proposal from NC State University. The 2019 PICA Awards were held virtually on September 20, 2020.
The proposal, designed by OUR associate director Annie Carlson Welch and printed in summer 2019, was part of the final presentation pitch to host the National Conference on Undergraduate Research (NCUR) at NC State in 2023. Submitted by Performance Print Services, OUR’s preferred printing company, the publication was judged in the Digital Printing category for design, format and overall look.
