Not Your Typical Spring Break

More than 200 NC State students are embracing their inner wanderlust and commitment to service this week while participating in Alternative Service Break (ASB) trips, led by the Center for Student Leadership Engagement and Public Service (CSLEPS).

Sixteen separate trips are in progress this week, each with a service theme focusing on issues such as Water Quality, Homelessness, Housing, and Health. Faculty and staff work with CSLEPS staff to lead these trips to such locales as Alaska, Costa Rica, Italy, Belize, San Francisco, and even right here in Raleigh.
