New Student Position – Tech Support Assistant

Job Description

DASA Tech is currently seeking an NC State student to serve as a part-time Technology Support Assistant for 10 hours per week. The Tech Support Assistant will work with the Career Development Center, and serves as part of the larger technology support team for the Division of Academic & Student Affairs.

Compensation is $10.00 per hour

Candidates must be able to troubleshoot technical problems in a networked environment and have experience installing and troubleshooting Windows operating system, drivers, software, printers and other duties as assigned, such as moving equipment.

Duties include: processing equipment for deployment and surplus, entering inventory records, troubleshooting desktop and printer issues.
