Everything We’ve Ever Known: A Performance Installation
Led by Samantha Johns (the Arts Village’s first ever guest Artist-in-Residence), NC State students have worked quickly, opened their minds to each other, and built a record of everything they have ever known.
Honestly, every last thing.
Students have explored the complexity of everything.
They have walked around our relationships with things, people, and nothing.
They have built clear narratives for things that don’t a have linear history.
They have chosen to believe in something.
They have been vulnerable.

They have been vulnerable.
They have written words. That have spoken words. They have moved bodies.
The result of two weeks of intense work is this performance installation.
