Applications are now available for the 2015-16 Equal Opportunity Institute (EOI). Through this program, participants will increase their awareness of equal opportunity issues and their effectiveness as employees or students.

The EOI is a year long certificate program that teaches individuals about such topics as

• Affirmative action
• Disability
• Diversity conflict management
• Protected classes
• Cross cultural communication
• Leadership in diversity
