DASA Pride of the Wolfpack Recipients

Hundreds of Division of Academic and Student Affairs (DASA) employees gathered in Talley Student Union’s Coastal Ballroom Thursday morning for food, fellowship and festivities to kick off the 2024-25 school year.  

The event saw visits from mascots Mr. and Mrs. Wuf, the “Power Sound of the South” NC State marching band briefly transform the room into Carter-Finley Stadium, and addresses from several key speakers, including DASA Vice Chancellor and Dean Doneka R. Scott. 

The event also provided the perfect opportunity to recognize dozens of DASA employees for their contributions to their department or unit. DASA Human Resources presented this year’s division level “Pride of the Wolfpack” awards, given to employees for a special or unique contribution to their unit. 

The award is sponsored by the NC State bookstore, and each awardee receives a unique coffee mug and certificate.
