DASA Departmental Moves – Tech Breakdown Schedule
The final move schedule has been distributed. DASA Tech has put together our related schedule of breaking down your equipment. Because of the volume of moves and the compacted timetable, many of you will have multiple days with no desktop computer. Please plan on alternate computing during this time.
Here are some important details regarding tech breakdown.
- We will do breakdown for just a couple groups on Friday; most everyone else will have equipment broken down on Monday. Here is the tech breakdown schedule.
- You may be tempted to breakdown your own equipment; we ask that you wait for DASA Tech to handle this task.
- Important: On the morning of your scheduled equipment breakdown, please log out of your computers and power off computers, printers, monitors and all other equipment. Please have this done by 8:30 AM.
One final reminder — it is critical that you label your equipment! With a move this size it seems inevitable that some items will be delivered to the wrong location. The labeling will help us correct those issues more quickly.
