Congratulations to NSF Graduate Fellowship Recipients

The Staff of the University Scholars Program would like to extend a hearty CONGRATULATIONS to our students that have recently been awarded prestigious National Science Foundation (NSF) Graduate Research Fellowships.

The NSF Graduate Research Fellowship Program recognizes and supports outstanding graduate students in NSF-supported science, technology, engineering, and mathematics disciplines who are pursuing research-based Master’s and doctoral degrees at accredited United States institutions. We are thrilled to have 6 students representing our program this year as they move forward with graduate research projects at a variety of universities.
Our NSF Graduate Fellowship recipients for 2018 are:
  • Hanan “Alex” Hsain
  • Andrew Kristof
  • Keara Saud
  • Byron Spells
  • Michael Stemovski
  • Danielle Winter
If you would like to know more about how your research might qualify for an NSF Graduate Fellowship in the future, feel free to read more on the NSF website, or to schedule an appointment with the wonderful staff in the Fellowships Advising Office.
