Mock Interview Day a Success

The Career Development Center (CDC) hosted a successful Mock Interview Day on November 5th. Fifteen representatives from 10 companies volunteered their time to interview over 40 students and provide feedback about their performance. Representatives conducted 30-minute mock interview sessions, then spent 15 minutes sharing with students what they did well, as well as areas for possible improvement.

Students scheduled interview times using ePACK and reported to the CDC’s interview suite, creating an experience that perfectly mirrored a real interview on campus. Companies volunteering their time to make this day a success included Coleman Research Group, Capstrat, Wells Fargo, Netsertive, Allscripts, Endura Products Inc., LexisNexis, Eaton, Georgia-Pacific and Bandwidth. We thank our volunteer companies for sharing their time with our students and look forward to hosting another successful event next year!
